VICTOR MOREAUD
Director
Trained as a landscape architect, I have always been a nature lover. It was I who in 2009 suggested that my sister take over the estate together.
Today, I take care of the vineyard and the design of the wine. From a very young age, my father has passed on to me the family know-how, which I develop with great interest by developing progress and innovation in our practices.
I am at the origin of the environmental conversion of the vineyard and I participate in numerous scientific experiments in order to improve the quality of the wines and the environmental impact of our practices.
CORALINE MOREAUD-MCALLAN
Winemaker
I like wine. I like to taste it with our oenologists to imprint my style on the wine, I like to drink it at the table with my family and friends. I also like to do it, to get involved with my body, especially during the harvest when all my senses are awakened. I take particular care of the aging of wines and in particular the aging in barrels, which I am very fond of. Finally, I like to share the pleasure of wine with curious people and experts, both those who "don't know anything about it" and those who "love it!" "
Before taking over the estate, I was an English teacher in the Priority Education Zone, first in the Paris region and then in rural areas. Bilingual, I am in charge of marketing wines for export and in France.
To satisfy my need to transmit, I receive visitors by taking pleasure in preparing original experiences for young and old who wish to get their hands dirty and face the profession.
