Description:
A beautiful deep purple color. Intense notes of red fruit on the nose with a touch of spice. Smooth and silky on the palate with flavors of red and black fruits. Appealingly fresh.
Tasting Notes:
Lovely crimson hue. The intense nose reveals aromas of red fruit and spicy overtones. The palate is silky with a mixture of savory aromas of remarkably fresh black and red fruit.

With a Master's degree from Enita in Bordeaux, Antoine Billé began his career at Bollinger in the Loire Valley, where he looked after the vineyards. He joined the Castel Estates and Vineyards team in December 2014.
